Fall is Fading Fast

This is from yesterday evening in Northern Colorado. There were huge winds earlier in the week and stripped so many of the trees of their leaves. There are still some leaves, but not many left.

That does look like the last dregs of the color show in that region.

Colors are still going quite strong near the urban areas and out near the coast up here.

Even though there are fewer leaves on the trees, it's still a very nice shot, Jim, full of strong fall colors and even flowers in the foreground.

Thanks so much Peter, I really liked those couple of isolated leaves along the bank of the river.

I think when I added contrast to the image it made the remaining colors pop a bit, I will have to find some more images that look even more faded. Now I will have to go find a better faded scene.
