Had the pleasure of spending another few hours at Venus Pools. Here’s a few of my favourites

Nice collection of wings. Hard to pick out favorites but the Mallard family is pretty cool. I like the cormorant in flight and the Oystercatchers too.

I think I like the ringed plover and little ringed plover. Seen both before but never side by side

I am liking the Venus pools Danny. They have some great birds to go along with a pretty cool name.

I like the timing of the goose landing. I always am too slow on those. And then I am really liking the Oystercatcher.

It’s a wonderful place and I don’t get to go nearly enough. I’m getting a lot of love for the Marsh Harrier back home. Not for the photo per se but apparently it’s a county rarity that is not often seen round here.

Very nice series Danny. I also like the 2 plovers together which shows the differences very nicely
Thank you. I like those too. Was hard to capture them as there was a lot of long grass in front. That was the best of about 30 shots 😂😂
