Flathead Shoreline

A favorite place that goes back to my childhood, Flathead Lake, Montana. There are many vantage points along the west side highway, unfortunately the east side burned in 2003 making the view less interesting, but looking north one can still capture the natural look.

The sidelight really brings out the color...

You aren't kidding about the side light - brings out some good illumination in the fall leaves with warm tones. Beautiful.
