Mt. Asgard is hard to miss or forget. Its unusual cylindrical shape makes it easily distinguishable from all other mountains. Its granite column dominates over the surrounding peaks. When you hike towards Mt. Asgard, you can see it for many miles, but only when you get really close, you can really feel its overwhelming, magnetizing power. This shot was taken from the top of a moraine above our campsite when the low hanging clouds caught the last sunlight.

What a really cool shot! I know one day I would like to travel and see Mt Asgard for myself in person.

And for any who are reading this thread, if you are interested in seeing some wonderful landscape locations by going on a workshop, please check out Artur. I have known him for a few years now, and he is a great photographer, and just a really nice guy.
