A single tree standing among the remains of a group of fallen aspens. Somehow, this idea came to me as I was taking the shot in mid-afternoon - strange as I don't typically visualize in black and white. There is a slight blue split-tone as the idea of moonlight came to me as I was doing the b/w conversion. C and C is welcome as always......

That's so interesting, and so different from anything I think I have ever seen before. Very creative. It might be one that needs to grow on you since it's a lot different. I will say B&W I think works well as if it was in color, the color would distract from the shapes. I will be coming back to this Kurt, as with Dean's photos. I need to let these soak in a bit.
