Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

Well my family is all about gravy, dressing, potato's, and turkey in that order. Then a few sides like pickles, cranberries, rolls and of course pies.

Here is the main table.

Then the side table, 9 guests altogether. We had to run the dishwasher to get enough silverware to serve desert which is about to happen.

Here's our dinner at my in-law's house. My wife and her sister on the right (my wife is the brunette), my daughter and her boyfriend on the left. My wife's father in the background and a neighbor with his back to the camera. My wife's mother was bringing more food from the kitchen.

Sorry, not an iPhone shot... Pixels have better cameras :)

Dang I really meant to get my big camera out, or at least the phone, but only snapped one shot sitting around beforehand (and my mother protested that she never looked good in pictures). My wife and I hosted 9 people and were in charge of turkey, potatoes, dressing, broccoli, and a pie. I was the potato, meat & gravy guy, so was pretty busy in the lead up and totally forgot the camera. Dinner was just about perfect if I do say so myself. We even avoided any arguments or hurt feelings (although my brother did bring up a game my cousin and I came up with called "eek and torture" that we played on a campout).

Great pictures and thanks for sharing some of your family time with our little gang here - I really like getting to know you guys a little better that way. Happy Thanksgiving and safe travels everyone.

I've got 6 people for breakfast today and we're having Belgium waffles. I should be able to get a shot or two of that.
