Hello everyone after a long break.
First tests of my Panasonic S1R in pixel shift mode a month ago, in early morning light, Lens sigma 70mm F2,8 Art. ISO50.
High Tatras Mountains, Slovakia (2x reduced from original size 24x36, basic processing), the wind was blowing, but the camera handled it surprisingly well, it seems.
I will be glad for every comment. Well thank you.

I might be tempted to clone out the bright structure on the left and crop off a bit of the foreground.

Beautiful countryside below the snowy peaks. I would be highly tempted to clone out the building on the left if this were my image as it pulls my eyes away from the nice lines leading up to the mountains.

What a beautiful scene. One little detail I like is how you incorporated the tire tracks through the grass like it's a road as a leading line.

Nice image Michael, that pixel shift really does a good job. I agree with others that cloning out the white building would help the image. If you can get shots like this with the Panasonic you have no need for a medium format camera!!

Hi Larry! Thank you for your good comment on the image from the Panasonic S1R. Yes, I bought this camera for its good pixel shift image processing (in-camera) and to make full use of all my Sigma Art full frame lenses. It seems like it was a good choice. Thanks Larry.

Nice image Peter, I too would clone out the left building. I have fond memories of hiking in the Tatras on both sides of the Slovak, Polish border. Ken

Ken, I've been to the Tatras twice since then, but the weather changed every day.. I'm going to try my luck again in a week.

I retouched the shiny roof on the left and reworked the photo a bit.. I think it's more realistic and romantic with its light now. I was inspired to do this by Michael Lynn Roberts.
