This is one of my favorite birds. The oranges and yellows in the water are from the reflection of red rock cliffs in Sedona, AZ. The first is a male and the second one is a female.

Oh wow Doug! Man, if I could find birds as cool looking at these, I would probably take a couple of bird shots myself! The reflective colors in the water really make these stand out.

Stunningly beautiful, Doug. Those gorgeous birds set off by the royal colouring of the reflection. That first one is a stand out with the head so beautifully reflected!
