Nice scene - I like the light on the vegetation in the lower left with the creek giving a nice leading line up to the peaks and the clouds.

I like the different composition then we normally see of this. It looks like you shot this closer to that fish farm/resort.

Hey Kyle,

Your choice of focal length works really well. The Sierra has a sizable presence , but you managed to shape a good composition with the creek fading into the back.

BTW, I think probably in Dec or Jan, I will setup a meetup for us all to go shoot this at the more common location. By then with it being so cold there will be lots of steam to fill the canyon with.

Great shot. The sky is really nice touch as a complementary color and the shape of the clouds zig zag in similar fashion as the river. You guys are teaching me where are the great landscapes shots are. I'm taking notice.
