Due to damage from last falls wildfires, Ice Lake in SW Colorado will be closed until Sept 15. Trees, rocks and boulders have been falling on the Clear Lake road as well as trees that were weakened by the fires are falling on the lower part of the Ice Lake trail according to the USFS. Entry is punishable by fines up to $5000.
