Joshua Tree Milky Way

This is from May of last year in Joshua Tree National Park. I am trying to go back over images I missed last year, and I was making good progress until I got stalled in May of 2024 with this particular day when I had my telescope running and also had 3 cameras out in the desert to capture timelapses all night.

Looks like the MW is erupting out of the glow at the horizon. Looks nice.

Thanks! Yeah, the Light Pollution dome can be crazy. I am just glad it lined up with the MW so it feels like its a part of the Milky Way.
