Kodak Retina IIc

My favorite camera pickup recently is the Kodak Retina IIc. It's has a fold out lens but when retracted, the camera will fit in a coat pocket. Best part of this camera is the lens . . . a Schneider-Kreuznach 50mm f/2.0 lens. Takes wonderful images.

That's a cool old junk location. I wanted to say junkyard, but it doesn't quite look like that.

Such neat old cars spread around.

I haven't heard of Aurora 800 film. I have just been using Ektar film.

Before the pandemic here in California there was a monthly camera swapmeet. It was a great place to find old cameras. Too bad it's not running anymore, you have me wanting to go pick up a new old camera.

Thanks Jim! Aurora is one of those newer films. Aurora 800 is very similar to Cinestill 800. Finding old cameras and shooting them can be a rabbit hole. Including a couple I already owned, I know have 5 film cameras plus a Polaroid SX-70!

That's a really great collection! I have 2 cameras that would be considered old or antique. I have them stored away at the moment, so I don't actually recall their names as they are ones I bought about 6 or 7 years ago at a camera swapmeet in Denver.
