The tree in this image is dead and new growth is springing up all around the dead tree.

if it was in my area we'd have a random pair of shoes hanging from the tree. and probably some odd plastic tape tied on too.

Wow pepper some of the people in your area must not like nature in it's pure form, well again I guess there people like that everywhere!
