Light Painting + Sky

Got up late this morning, so only had time to shoot two. Getting a bit better at making orbs after watching some Youtube. Back at the computer I blended in some dramatic sky.

I think I'd be worried if I looked out the window and saw this in my backyard!

Will this vortex suck my house into it and disappear?

That last shot almost makes it look like lightning coming up from your driveway.

Hey Jim, you are doing great! How long are your exposures?

#1 is my favorite as it's a great looking orb, but #2 does look cool with that lightning bolt looking streak.

Jim, not sure on my exposure times since I put it on bulb, spin (3X works well say the tutorials), then either shoot a flash if it's really dark, or just finish if there is some light like these. These today were shot at f8 with a Batis 18mm on my Sony A7rII.
