I like this as a B&W. Not being distracted by the colors gives a lot more emphasis on the nice textures on the adobe walls and makes the sweatshirt of your subject jump out to dominate the scene..

Thank you Alan for you comments: This image works much better in black and white then in color, per your observation. The bright stucco competes with the figure for attention.
