Very symmetrical and quite inviting. The color on the mountain peaks appears a bit over baked on my uncalibrated iPad.

It is little bit on the warmer side, I was playing with Capture one pro for the first time, need to bring down the saturation little bit on this

I am not sure if it is saturation or color temperature (too warm). I am not good enough to tell what needs to be done, but often I find when I cure the color temperature then the other adjustments are easier to judge. If the color temperature is off, then it will never look right irrespective of how little or much saturation is applied.

Assuming that the shot was done in raw, I often will click on snow as a starting point for color temp with the eyedropper tool.

Wonderful scene that's definitely worth some more work. Judging by the purples in the highlights on the mountain I'll vote for reducing the saturation. Cooling the WB a little may help too, but for me that's more a matter of taste.

Agreed, true to life. I would peg the sweet spot to be somewhere between the two...

Hey Shibu,

I agree with Zeph, somewhere in between the 2 versions.

I will give you a tip of something I commonly do, because I will admit I can overcook some of my images. You know, it's late at night, and it never seems to have enough contrast or color. And then I wake up in the morning asking myself what it was I was thinking....

So what I do, is I overlay in Photoshop the Overcooked version on top of the natural version. Then I go to Opacity in the Layers window, and I adjust the opacity down to where it then is somewhere in between the 2 versions. Usually I end up between 40 to 60% Opacity.

I have found rather then editing a 3rd version, that the Opacity change like that is an easy way to dial in the look you want.
