Mesa Arch

I can never get too much Mesa Arch. Beautiful sunburst! You're right, at least for me, that the first is better for web viewing. I like the extra space.

Classic in every way, Ben. Nice imaging. The only difference I see is the crop.
I like the first one more, those layers add more interest.
Thanks Guys, the second was cropped to fit my biggest frame 16x45, I wish I could justify a wider printer.

Hey Ben,

Very nice work on this Mesa Arch shot. A really perfect sun burst on this.

My choice for crops would be halfway between #1 and #2. But there is nothing wrong with the crop you chose for printing if that's what pleased your eye. Is the only difference the crop between the two? #1 seems very slightly darker then #2.

Thanks jim, this was a single shot, no blends, just s tiny bit of flare to clean. The 11-24 is great for flare resistance and with the 1/16 slice of sun rule it makes it easy. Same image and processing as far as I recall, just a different crop. But i sometimes have to adjust brightness for print, and I would have done that on the cropped version. If i had a 24 inch printer, I would own some 24x36 frame
