Thanks Michael - it was bright enough to get away with a 6s exposure which is quick for a night shot.

Thanks Jim - the stars weren't my target at all as I was highly impressed with the amount of light I was getting out of the moonlight and wanted the bluish cast over the granite hills and the backside of the Sierra.
