Mother and Child

I was up in the Grand Tetons shooting a never ending storm sunset, where out of the storm walks this moose and her child. I didn't have the 150-600mm with me, I did have a 70-300mm so that was what I put on real quick to capture these before they moved on.

I prefer photographs of wildlife in their habitat. It's so much more interesting than most portrait photos. The cow and calf are beautifully photographed against the bright water. Superb work, Jim
