Mount Rainier Wildflowers

Its August and I am thinking about Mount Rainier. This is at Reflection Lake in August several years ago after a heavy snowfall winter.

Wow - I have not seen snow like that in August before at those lakes. I like the floral foreground in this image - most of us never make it past shooting the reflections.

When I was there several summers ago we were shooting reflections at Tipso and standing on ice out on the lake .

Nice shot, and great flower arrangement. Like Alan said a different perspective from the normal reflection. Does look slightly tilted left to me (based on the central trees).
