Jim, yes, those are low morning clouds in the valley. Alan, I accept your jealousy, and double it - now that I realize how cool droning is I wish I had a pro-level machine with an even better camera! I'll never buy one though, partly due to the limited places to fly.

Yesterday I did a favor for a friend flying up to look in the top of a high fir tree at a neighbor's house. There is a large strange growth she was worried about - it looks like a clump of cones in a mass - he sent the pictures off for analysis, then bought me lunch (my first paid job).
