While James posted some great Lunar Eclipse images from the Sept 2025 Lunar Eclipse Lunar Eclipse, New Zealand | Focal World I was not able to see in here in the US.
So I jokingly told myself I would go capture the Lunar Eclipse anyway, even though clearly we couldn't see it. It gave me a fun excuse to go capture the full moon which is something I haven't done with the Seestar S50 in a while. And to also test if I would be able to find and track the moon with the EQ mount still on the S50. I am glad to say that part worked great.
I will stack the video capture of the moon later, but for now, here is a single image that was saved as a jpg with the S50.
