You don't expect to see hoodoos in Oregon, yet here they are. 850nm converted Nikon DSLR.

Neat looking scene and especially as an IR B&W. I don't recognize this spot - any chance you would be willing to enlighten us as where in Ory-gun this might be?

Thanks Alan. It's not a secret location or even hard to get to, it's on the edge of Lake Billy Chinook in Central Oregon.

I should add that if you go there be warned - the hoodoos are on a hill which is much steeper than it appears in this image. It was very awkward to work them at close range even with a tripod because of the steep hill and the soft volcanic sand underfoot. Be careful!
