Nice. My biggest concern would be accidentally dropping the iPhone. It may be waterproof but it doesn't float.

Their shape tends to leave the edges just a bit slippery if you aren't careful - I speak from the experience of leaning out the window of my RV to get a shot and having it squirt out of my grip followed by the sickening thud of it hitting the pavement.

I am sure that was a horrible feeling Alan, but I got to say your recounting it gave me quite the chuckle...

This looks pretty good Jim. Does it have a Raw option? I know there are some apps that will let you shoot raw on the iPhone.

No RAW option in the phone app., which is disappointing. I've tried a couple of the RAW options on my wife's 7 and concluded they aren't worth the time given the quality, but that may change with this phone, esp. when they come out with the update that adds the fusion mode which is supposed to produce very sharp higher res. images.

Alan, I couldn't agree more on worrying about holding a naked iPhone. When I take mine out of it's case to use it with my drone controller I'm very careful. I got a great case from Speck that has the best protection and grip that I've found. Debbie had one on her 7 and I've been jealous for years.
