"Partay With Rosé"
I rode the downtown loop of the L train while in Chicago. It was interesting exiting at every platform and checking out the scene. He seems to be examining that piece of paper in his hand. Maybe he is checking his lottery ticket? The Mega Millions lottery was up to 1.6 Billion dollars while I was visiting Chicago.
I'm not sure about the Partay and Rosé. I think I would rather have some salsa or ranch dip with my Doritos. Wait...maybe....do you think that is her name?!
