Perpetual Fall Colors!

If you are a fan of Fall colors, then perhaps Infrared is something you should pick up!

Infrared can render some crazy out of this world colors, especially the way I tend to process my infrared photos. But they also can be processed with just a plain channel swap to make the trees look like it's fall, even when it's not. And even with trees that don't turn fall colors, they do now!

This is Upper Yosemite Falls with a bit of Lower Falls showing. Taken from the pathway that leads up to Lower Falls.

Nikon D7100 converted to 590nm Infrared

I totally get you on that tree. If it were just branches poking in, I would have cloned them out as that type of thing does bug me too. But since there was still the trunk of the tree showing along the whole left edge, it worked for me.
