The tonality in your B&W images is excellent on my monitor. Do you use software designed for that purpose or your own techniques? I also like the way you present the photos with the drop shadow.

The B&W conversion is a modificiation of the B&W preset from Matt Osborne aka "Mr Leica".

The framing with drop shadow is done with an action in photoshop called web sharp pro by Greg Benz. It gives a lot of flexibility in creating the framing but its main purpose is sharpening for web.
