Here is my contribution for this weeks Recipe. This is a sun star near sunset in the old growth Rockefeller Grove of Redwoods in Humbolt State Park in California.

Getting workable shots in daylight is not easy in that grove.

When I processed this I thought: what the heck is going on? The only thing I can figure out is that there are two sun stars from adjacent trees superimposed on each other.
