Rice Field

After an isolated down-pour this afternoon I went on a little drive-about, just to see what I could see.
Spotted a rice field, as yet not harvested, under a pretty sky. Thought it might make a decent b&w.
Any c&c welcome.

I like the contrasts in the skies as it offsets the less featured rice foreground. This scene did make a nice B&W.

Reminds me of that scene in Gladiator ! Great shot and it looks like it was a really nice day too be out.
