Rising Moon the other Bridge..

Yes the lesser known Manhattan Bridge.. or commonly referred to as that "other" bridge you know next to the Brookly Bridge. The moon was rising last night and it was the night before the full moon.. so as photographers we all know the shot is the night before. Why... because the sun is still setting as the moon is rising so there is light on the FG objects.. Here are a few from the adventure. In case there are any east coaster NYC friends looking this is shot just at the base of the Brookly bridge on the Manhattan side

It's really great watching this over such an historic bridge. I liked seeing the light change and the moon rising.

#1 is pretty cool with the tug boat in the lower left, it almost feels like the moon is playing hide and seek with the tug boat.

The birds in #2 really do help make that shot, and of course that wide horizontal view in #3 really is sweet. The tighter shot in #4 equally works.

What a fun evening out.
