Roadside View

We stopped to rest and get cold drinks at a rest stop on I25 north of Trinidad, Colorado. I found the view of the cloud formation over the distant hill and the single trash can at the edge of the parking lot quite intetesting!

Pretty stark looking piece of real estate. Not my usual mental image of Colorado but I have spent very little time on the east side of the Rockies down there. B&W suits the scene.

Thanks Jim, in the original color image the trash can was red and B&W conversion I debated between black or white for the trash can and thought white worked better!
