Rocks and Waves

One of the more interesting places along the Oregon coastline is a series of parks near Cape Arago. Shore Acres in particular features a rocky outcrop that often gets hammered by huge waves during the winter months that have left some very unique shapes. Delightful place for photographers like me if you are entranced by rocks and waves.

Combine this place with Bandon (a half hour to the south) and you've got the absolute best of the Oregon Coast! A great place to visit in any kind of weather.

Thanks Michael - this area and what lies to the south of here is where the more interesting part of the Oregon coast begins for my tastes.
