Shadows before darkness

Another takeaway from my Coyote valley trips.
I have posted another comp from here but this one has simpler/natural shadows.
Taken with the Mamiya 7 on Ektar & converted with Silver Efex

I like the lines and shadows that help define the little draw leading through the scene in the lower left.

The receding layers of shadow lend great depth to this, and the dramatic sky is the icing on the cake. Excellent B&W conversion.
