I was probably 150 feet away too. But from the moment I drove into the parking lot, that guy kept his eyes locked onto me. I actually drove away because I didn't want him looking into the camera (he couldn't see any camera, I was simply in my truck). When I circled around (leaving his ability to see me) he was looking out already. So not sure if he was really looking at me, or just looking out.

Anyway, I took the photo because after a couple of minutes of me just sitting there and I wasn't looking at him, he never stopped looking out. So I took a few photos because I didn't want to lose it. I then left, circled around and when I came back 5 minutes later he was gone.

He appears to be trying to wait the rain out. How has the 'atmospheric river' been in your area?
So far it's not too bad here, it's like living in Washington State but on steroids... ;)

Constant rain, it's not draining fast enough so the right lanes on most roads are half covered in water. Of course you have idiots driving through it in mini vans splashing water all over. So surprisingly there aren't more accidents. The ground leaving my area is slightly depressed it seems so it's filled about 2" deep on the sidewalk I need to take to get to my truck. I took to warning my waterproof snow boots today when I went out. :)
