Sigma 14mm 1,8

I had an opportunity to test this lense for a couple of nights. Unfortunately nights were rather cloudy, but nevertheless.

It's big and heavy. Very similar to the 20mm 1,4 that I have.

And it's sharp. Also coma is not a big problem. There is some, but not something I would be worried about.

Hey Matti,

I was so impressed with the reviews for the Canon version that I bought the Nikon version 2 weeks ago as soon as Sigma released the Nikon Mount. I have shot with it 3 times now, twice in Yosemite and once at Mono Lake. And all I can say is I love that lens!

The lens is not cheap, but it is worth every penny. Being able to shoot at f1.8 literally is a game changer. What that means to those who have shot at night, is that instead of shooting at ISO 6400 you can shoot the same exposure at ISO 3200.

I plan on doing a hands on Review of it, and posting it up with some photos from it soon.
