Skull ID help, please

I came upon this skull at the top of some cliffs outside of Albuquerque. Someone had obviously placed it there, so the rest of the skeleton was MIA. Anybody have any ideas as to what critter it belonged to? It's about 3 1/2- 4" long.

As far as I can figure: predator, quadruped. It'd be a pretty tiny coyote or bobcat.

I can't tell size from the photo but it definitely looks Feline.

I would agree with Eric. Probably a house cat if I had to guess.
