Found this group of slash pine trees at a distance while driving along Mahogany Hammock Rd in Everglades NP. Used Silver efex for B&W conversion.

Perfect clouds for this B&W processing. This type of pine has an interesting shape and at a distance looks like something I would expect to see on a savanna instead of a swamp.

Is that one of the taller mountains in Florida behind the trees?

@AlanLichty u have a keen eye. Behind the trees is a cypress dome. check out South Florida cypress dome - Wikipedia

Ha. The swamp is now a savanna as the water has been siphoned off to water the golf courses in Naples & Miami
