Thanks for the suggestion Jim, appreciated. I have been back and forth on the piece of tail in the reflection, I finally decided to leave it in since the egret's legs are in the reflection. If I print this image I think I will remove the tail reflection!

As an added thought, the reason the reflection of the legs differs from the reflection of the tail is because the legs reflection connects to the the actual legs, where the tail reflection doesn't connect to anything. At least that's my thought process on why the tail reflection is different then the leg reflection.
It's still a great looking photo with some nice detail. I feel that these white colored birds are the hardest to photograph properly. I know I struggle on them when processing to keep it looking white without feeling blown out, or you recover it too much and the white turns to grey. So I do like how you maintained a very nice white look to it.
