Nice light. This is a lot of black within one frame.
Hey Mike,
You have some kind of cool clouds in the sky and the color, but I agree with Alan there is too much of the photo that is black. Letting the foreground go dark can work, but only if it's a smaller part of the frame. I think a nice crop where you are left with only 1/4 of the image being black could work well.
