Springing

Yesterday felt like spring had arrived with bright sunshine and almost record temperatures (69.3º). Flowers that weren't there the day before were suddenly blooming so I couldn't resist grabbing some shots before the rains return next week. Here are a couple of scenes from the last two days.

Sweet! Spring is popping early!

That's great you caught the bee as well.
Thanks Jim - there are two bees in the frame and as of today a boatload of white and purple crocus blooms behind where I was standing when I shot this. Daffodils and hyacinths are starting and will be out before this next week is done. :)

Thanks Oliver - our rains headed south for your benefit so we ended up with some record high temps. Back to gray at the moment but the sunny days woke everything up and we have lots of blooms now.
