Stereo Vision

I found this cool birch tree in Michigan by the Lake of the Clouds, and I ended up taking 2 shots, 1 with the tree and to the left, and 1 with the tree and to the right. As I was processing these in my Year End mad rush, I know Triptych's are popular (though I don't really do them) so I wondered how a Duotych would do, or if it's even a word.... :)

All comments and thoughts are welcome as I am not sure how well I like this. It's different, but I don't know if different it good.

I started to look at the pair of images as if they were a stereo pair and quickly discovered my error as my eyes protested

Interesting way to display this pair of images and as Jeffrey already mentioned really nice colors.

Nice one Jim. I have a pair of images that I have been thinking of presenting this way. Now you beat me to it.

Ha ha, the title of Stereo Vision was a last second as I was creating the thread. Because yeah, they are 2 different images of the same tree, but not mirrored.

Thanks so much!
