Stevens Pass Highway - 05

I dont find many aspen trees along the Stevens Pass Highway but did locate a bunch behind an old barn in the small hamlet of Winton, WA.

There needs be a law that all barns should be painted red. Until that day arrives, I need to deal with it in Lightroom & Photoshop

The red barn is cute but I prefer the well aged wood in the first version of the scene. Neat aspen golds.

Nice colors. I prefer the original barn in the first image as well. Also the branch hanging from the upper right corner is distracting. Worth trying to clone it out.

Ha ha, that's true it seems like there is a law that barns need to be red, that is unless you are in Iowa where the law is the barns must be white.

Good job capturing this. I like your helping the barn to be red, it looks good, though I think the worn out look in #1 is the best.
