One thing I like about that area is the clouds! Here in SoCal, we get clouds, but they are usually just flat clouds. So I always get excited when driving back east and being able to see real clouds with shape and purpose!

Thanks Jim comments. I grew up in SoCal and know exactly what you mean about the skies in NM and CO that I notices driving back and forth to Colorado going to school. One of the reasons I choose to live in Colorado!

Thank you Douglas for your comments, appreciated! The clouds had much better tonal variation in B&W than in the color version!
