Stormy Day in The Bugaboos

Back in the 70s I spent almost 2 weeks in the Bugaboos of BC and only had two good climbing days (which were worth the wait). This was taken on a day we walked around on the glacier for exercise. Note the climbers in the gully on the left.

I'm impressed with your idea of "walking around". The shot works well to show the rugged mountain and the clouds add mystery to the peak. The figures add excellent scale.

B&W works really we'll here - there probably wasn't much in the way of color that day, was there? Many are the days we've just "taken our gear for a walk"!

Wow - amazing how steep that terrain is. The climbers add a good sense of scale to that place. Glad you shared these since I will never see a scene like this in person.
