Windscorpions are not venomous but have a powerful bite. This youngster is one inch long half the size of an adult. They are classified in the arachnid family (spiders, scorpions, ticks, ).

Those are some serious looking fangs - I would prefer taking your word for how painful a bite might feel. Lovely portraits of a rather nasty looking bug.
