No, this is where I learned to watch the tide very carefully. It was the day before and I believe a couple days after when I dot my feet wet. once on this black sand beach and once on Reynisfjall Black Sand Beach I couldn't run fast enough to get out of the tide.

If it were mine, I'd soften the splash line just right of upper center, my eye keeps coming back to that...

Not certain if Zeph was referring to that but it does seem to catch my eyes as I look into the scene. Its noticeable in both versions so this is not an added artifact. Not horrible but once my eyes have seen it I can't seem to unsee it.

I definitely like the stronger contrasts/clarity of the updated image. The update makes the ice blocks stand out better and the tones in the sky have a more interesting feel to them.
