Since getting a new drone I've been excited to use it's unique perspective. Of course like everyone I wanted to get a shot of my own house, but didn't want to zip around in the middle of the day bothering the neighbors, or giving them concerns about their privacy (and I won't be doing that in the future). Nice sunrise clouds early yesterday got me out in the front driveway ready to fly in just a few minutes. Next thing I knew I was looking at a great sunrise over Mt. Pilchuck, which is hidden by trees from our place (I have to walk or drive 3 blocks to get a view, and that is also hemmed in by trees). I snapped a few of the sunrise to make panos, shot 3 looking down at the house, and was back on the ground in 5 min. This new drone is quieter than most, just a slight buzz once it's 100 ft. up, so I doubt that anyone heard or saw it at this hour on a Sunday morning.
