Sunset Munchies

I am currently up in Rocky Mountain NP with my 8 year old grandson. We did some videos, took some photos. We got a great sunset, and then after sunset as we were driving to the Alpine visitor center, we spotted these along the side of the road. We slowed down and despite it getting darker, we took some cool photos I think.

Thanks Alan! There are some large herd of elk up in those high elevation areas, we are about at 12,000 here. This herd had about 50 elk I think. It's amazing how those herds that often hang around the side of the road can also so easily just disappear for the day. We spotted this after sunset.

Thanks Jim for sharing this image, you did a good job of capturing these elk after sunset. I think I need to get my lazy self off the couch and up the RMNP!
