sunset on the farm

mavic 4 pro at sunset a few nights ago. i used the portrait mode. i had to pull the shadows quite a bit in post, but it handled the noise well.

I like the portrait mode - this would make getting waterfall panos so much easier. The shadows came up nicely in your processing and left the sunset colors intact.

i've been playing with it quite a bit. the lens is more than wide enough on landscape mode, but i wish it was just a bit wider on portrait mode.

portrait mode would work great for waterfall photos. i've added the before and after view from lightroom.

thanks jim. i wasn't sure i was going to get anything, this was the brightest shot in the bracket that didn't have blown spots in the sky.
