Sunspots and crazy prominence

I've been imaging the sun since 2009 and this is the strangest prominence I ever shot. there were also two nice sunspots.

I'm pretty sure it did I couldn't see anything hooked on to it.

My favorite space object to look at, always changing. Yesterday there was only one sunspot.

Wow, that is amazing how it's getting flung out into space like that! How long does it float or fly through space that you can see? Is it pretty quick, or does it fly out like in slow motion?

This one it caught in the suns magnetic field. I don't know if it broke loose or there was still material that was just not visible. It was there for the hour I was out looking. it clouded up so I didn't get a chance to see if was still there in the afternoon.

Yes, looks like a mass election that you captured - fantastic! And some actual sunspots!?! Maybe Cycle 25 is finally going to get going after all! Very nice captures for sure.
